Agriculture, Wild Crafting, Organic farming the what & why
by Joni Lund on 07/09/14
What is sustainable agriculture? Farming which provides a secure living for the farm families involved, maintains the natural environment and resources, supports the rural communities and offers respect and fair treatment to all involved.
What is ethical wildcrafting? It is the practice of harvesting plants from the wild in a sustainable manner, without depeleting the population or damaging the habitat of the plants that are being harvested.
Why is it important to practice wildcrafting? The population of many plants that grow in the wild are declining due to ovr-harvesting and loss of habitat. It is important toharvest plants in a way that ensures that they will continue to grow back each year, thus maintaining the delicate balance of their eco-system and ensuring the continued supply of these natural resources.
What is organic farming? Organic farming is the practice of growing crops without the use of chemical pesticides, herbicides and fertilizers. It relies mainly on crop rotation, organic fertilizers and plant-based pesticides and herbicides to maintain the soil productivity and tilth.
Why is organic farming important? There is more and more evidence that chemical-based fertilizers, herbicides and pesticides are extremely harmful to our health. However, the strongest argument in favor of organic farming remains the environmental benefit.s In a world facing a global soil, food, water, climate crisis, it has become imperative that we do as much as possible to reduce the negetave effects of global warming. Harmful emissions are released into our atmosphere during themanufacturing of these chemical fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides that have been linked to global warming. Conventional agriculture relies heavily on these chemicals which further harms our eco-system when they enter our soil and seep into water supplies.
What is Biodynamic agriculture? Biodynamic agriculture is a step beyond organic agriculture. It is a holistic program that utilizes crop rotation, a planting calender using the cycles of the moon, the sun, and the seasons to determine the best time to plant each crop, and specially prepared homeopathic compounds which are added to water and soil to increase the vitality of the land, the water, and the crops themselves.
What is Biodynamic agriculature important? Using biodynamic agriculture restores balance and increases the health of the eco systems where the method is used. While it also prohibits the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides, it adds elements which help to heal damage to eco-system which has been caused by any prior use o these toxic substances.
Peanut Butter Super Food or not?
by Joni Lund on 07/06/14
Peanut Butter has long been harolded as a nutritious super food.
I am here to tell you, eater beware. Here is why.
Ingredients: roasted peanuts, dextrose, hdrogenated vegetable oil (rape seed, cottonseed, soybean), sugar, and salt.
Roasted peanuts - 1) when you roast the peanuts to make peanut butter you kill the "live enzyme and amino benifit" part of the peanut. 2)peanuts are typically not grown in an organic setting. This means the chemical herbcides, pesticides and fertilizers where absorbed by the peanut plant and portions of this is them stored in the fat cells (the peanut).
Dextrose - is a fancy clue that corn starch, corn syrup, grape sugar, was used to sweeten and get a creamy peanut butter. Dextrose has a higher glycemic value than table sugar. Corn has been debunked as a health food too. Table sugar is a big no, no.
Hydrogentated vegetable oil - rancid fat, all rancid fats are toxic to the cells of humans and animals. On this bottle of peanut butter it listed what vegetable oil was used. Rapeseed: the orginal name of "canola". Canola has always been reserved to make axile grease, beacause it is to hazzardous to consume;as it breakes down the heart muscle when ingested by humans and animals. Cotton seed: Very high in bad estrogens, thus it induces fatting, and increases everyones risk for developing cancers via making hormone imbalances situations. Soy bean(soybean oil): Again it induces fatting, and increases everyones risk for developing cancers via making hormone imbalances situations.
Sugar: Is made with a process that extracts sugar into liquid then is processed with Limestone (calcium carbonate) and cooked until calcium oxide (burned lyme) forms. This sweet milk is then treated with carbon dioxide gas to become calcium hydroxide suspension. Now the calcium carbonate precipitate is removed. Now the mixture is treated with sulfur dioxide to bleach it. Sent into pan to make sugar crystals. Calcium Carbonate is the main ingredient in ice melt, used as solvent in industry, to make gypsium, quicklyme, processed food perservation, gas and oil extraction, in calcium supplements and antacids. Excess ingestation of calcium carbonate through supplements and fortified foods can equal milk-alkali syndrome which has serious toxicity and can be fatal.
Table sugar is a sticky substance that is left in the blood verses being burned for energy when consumed. Makes for wrinkles, stiffing of joints, dry brittle nails and hair, strains your thyroid, impairs your immune system; and is linked to many other health problems.
Salt (means table salt) - high in sodium, may have sugar added, contains a whitening ingredient called chloride. Is devoid of balanced mineral compositon. Thus helps through your calcium chloride balance off. Should be considered toxic to health.
Thus the typical jar of peanut butter is just another TBLSP of poor health by-product.
However;
My Peanut butter ingredients:
Raw organic peanuts, palm oil, really raw honey (never barreled , heated or strained with pollen, propolis, and honeycomb) and mineral salt with out heating over 112 degrees You HAVE A SUPER FOOD.
YES peanut butter is healthy if it is made with my list of ingredients.
Now, don't mention jelly. lol

ADHD as an Adult the Challenges
by Joni Lund on 06/16/14
What is ADHD?
ADHD is attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, a condition that causes people to have trouble paying attention and staying focused. ADHD makes it hard to keep a calm mind and body (hyperactivity) and to thing before acting (impulsivity). These problems can make everyday life difficult and interfere with school and work. It can also caus problems in relationships with friends and family.
People with ADHD often feel that these challenges are character flaws (God forbid if you have a husband or wife that thinks so.) or that it's "their fault." Science, however, tells us that there are biological differences in how the brain works in people with ADHD. Many of these differences occur in the parts of the brain that help control attention and behavior.
Can Adults Have ADHD?
When you think ADHD, you may picture a "hyper" child who runs around and cannot sit still, play quietly, or pay attention in school. Adults with ADHD, it's harder to organize projects and prioritize tasks.
Other symptoms include being forgetful, geting easily distracted, and making careless mistakes. Also, people with ADHD my feel restless, have trouble relaxing, or feel on edge much of the time. They may squirm or fidget, talk too much, or have trouble waiting for their turn.
Like children with ADHD, adults also have trouble controlling their impulses. That is, they don't always think before they speak or act. For example, people with ADHD my tend to interrupt people when they're talking or answer questions before other people asking the questions have finished talking.
Symptoms
Many children with ADHD continue to struggle with symptoms of ADHD as adults. If you've always had trouble focusing, paying attention, or sitting still, it my seem "normal" to you. Often, it's a friend, coworker, or spouse who first suggests that you might have ADHD. If your child has ADHD, it may be the first time you notice that you share the same traits.
If you think you might have ADHD, talk with your doctor. You will be asked questions about your symptoms, and your doctor might suggest that you see a mental health professional wit experience trreating adult ADHD. Your doctor will look closely at your attention, concentration, distractibility, and short-term memory. Your doctor will want to make sure that your symptoms are not caused by other conditions that can look like ADHD. If you've had ADHD symptoms since childhood, it's important to let your doctor know.
Treatment
While you cannot cure ADHD, there is a lot you can do to improve symptoms. Medication is often an important part of treatment. Lifestyle changes, coping strategies, and theraphy can also help.
Dorctors use several types of medications to treat ADHD. It may take some trial and error to find the right medicine - and the right dowes- for you. Stimulants (including methylphenidate) can help with focus, concentration, and impulsivity. Medications that treat depression and other conditions can sometimes help with ADHD symptoms too.
For many adults with ADHD, combining medication with psychological therapy is most successful. Cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) can help you reduce the behaviors and habits that work against you and improve your problem-solving skills.
Other forms of therapy are also useful. Some teach you to manage your time or to better control you emotions. Simply talking with a therapist can often hwlpadults with ADHD repair and maintain relationships, and overcome negative feelings that can come from struggling with ADHD. You may want to find out if ther's an ADHD support group in your area.
Lifesyles Changes Can Help
There are things you can do at home and at work to help overcome the challenges of ADHD.
1. Exercise is good for the body and mind. For adults with ADHD, it's a healthy way to burn off excess energy, for example, before sitting down as part of your daily or weekly schedule.
2. Eat well and get enough sleep. Your diet shoudlbe rich in colorful fruits and vebgetables. It should also include whole grains, lean protein, and healthy oils (olive, palm, & coconut.) Try to create a consistent bedtime rountine that helps you wind down.
3. Build a rountine and stick with it. Some people do best when their tasks and the demands on their time are consistent and predictable. Set up a "launch pad" near the door for keys, wallets, glasses, briefcases, and backpacks.
Tips to Help With Planning and Organization
Make to-do lists.
Create a schedule. Put your schedule on your smartphone, computer, or tablet.
Simplity. Break down large projects into smaller tasks, each with their own deadline.
Rountine. Create a rountine and stick to it.
Reduce distractions
- keep distracting thoughts from popping into mind by writing them down.
- dedicate a clutter-free workspace.
-avoid distracting background noise.
-turn off email and internet access while working.
Reward yourself. Eveyone needs to feel rewarded for a job well done or a task completed.
Remember what it important to you. Eveyone needs to feel rewarded for a job well done or a task completed.
Rebuild in accoutability to others. A calendar is a great way to remember a meeting. But asking a colleague to come get you on the way to the conference room may make it more likely that you'll attend.
Avoid controling people.
Friends and family whom don't understand the nature of this disorder will be the most challenging to mantain relationships without them personally attacking the person with ADHD.
And low lifes of society will search out ways to control and maniuplate people with ADHD.
ADHD is now thought to be a form of autism.
Men and Marriage
by Joni Lund on 06/16/14
Most are never cut out to be a married man.
For one, they don't truely want honestly unless it is to find fault in others.
Two, only want a women around for good times, including you creating a stress free world for them.
Otherwise they have no time for a woman.
Very not bibical.
The bible states the man sets the tone for the marriage.
Wether it is open between them or not.
Wether it is a tender relationship or not.
Wether there is equality or not.

New Medical ERA?
by Joni Lund on 05/13/14
ONLY IF YOU SUFFER FROM A HEALTH PROBLEM THAT MAY EVENTUALLY KILL YOU; will you began to search high and low for an explanation and solution to your predicament! Up until then you can not appreciate the emotionally draining impact of a doctors visit in which you recieve news that it is fatal or their is no known cure. Remember most doctors do not kno the cause of the major diseases of the human body, yet the public has given them license to prescribe various treatments that frequently do not benefit their patients, while the use slowly and prematurely kills the patients.
WELL THE LICIENCE TO PRESCRIBE DEATH is no longer a popular one.
There is a form of science which studies nature and the natural workings of the human body. There are specific causes for illness. And more importantly we were not left with out options. OUR BODIES are completely self healing. Most of the time with enough diligance we can extend our lives past expectations. Other times we can completely heal. Either way it is a win win situation. Better to good health.
What is needed the desire for truth. Change. Taking action. It begins with the introduction to eventual science and logic based medicine all over the world.
Stay in alignment with natural design.
ADHD ADD etc.
by Joni Lund on 04/06/14
10% of the population have this disorder Basicly their pathways & circuits are usually order stimulated and developed growth in different ways aside from the average public.
There are 7 types of ADHD. 6 are improved with stimulants to quiet the frontal lobe.
However, the "ring of fire" type of ADHD is worsened with stimulants to quiet the frontal lobe. IE redlin won't help but is harmful with this type.
There are many satiffactory natural methods to handling the ADHD function problems. This matched with brain exercises promotes brain healing.
ADHD is underdiagnosted in girls. And in people not exhibiting hyperactivity.
1. ADHD has a severe family impact.
2. Harder ADHD people try to comform or obey the worse their condition manifists. (When they concentrate.)
3. Mom's pass the disorder on 50% to 60% of the time to their children. Mom & dad pass the disorder on about 100% of the time.
Great nutrition, high quality supplemenatation , and avoiding triggers from food are beneficial.
Focused Nutrition changing peoples lives
by Joni Lund on 03/16/14
While chemical drugs can bring relief of symptoms of autoimmune diseases like: rheumatoid arthritis, food allergies, thyroid diseases, hormone imbalances, hot flashes, mood swings, "sick and tired of being sick and tired", fibromyalgia, eczema, fatigue, asthma, bronchitis, depression, ulcers, neuropathy, foot fungus.Crohn's disease, irritable bowel syndrome, diverticulitis, gut problems, inflammation, digestive complaints, nutritional imbalances. Oxygen deficiencies.
Nutritional supplements are good but often not strong enough to heal at low discount price levels. Also there is an effective sequence one needs to follow in order to gain positive results.
Add the fact most people are eating toxic foods and dead toxic supplements because they havent done the research to be effective.
Most people are eating dead foods, so they are malnurtied and prone to develop disease with expended periods of these habits. These foods cause imbalances in your hormones levels, opening you up to diseases.
Bagging up, balding, carvings, weight gains are all signs a person isn't getting enough nutritants and or too many toxicians to thrive.
