Betwee the hours of 7 AM and 11Am the body is doing the heaviest detoxification, so eating fruits during this time ensures healing energy is used for detoxification rather wasted on digesting heavy fatty foods.
Fruit for break-fast is the perfect way to break from the overnight fast; as it gently wakes the digestive system and metabolism up from a semi-slumber, all without theharsh adrenal jolt of a coffee or fatty sugary meal.
If you eat enough fruit for breakfast you will not require a coffee as the natural sugars keep the brain sharp & energerized. Coffee is actual very hard on the adrenal glands, causing you to push yourself to get going the next day. The cycle of coffee or can't move - caffiane is not the way to go.
People whom eat fruit only for breakfast have been shown to be leaner, healthier and more productive during their day.

What can cause adrenal fatique - current epademic

The job of adrenal glands is to release horomones when stressed. Watching news, sports, violent TV, emotional hardships, poor diet, chronic inflammation and more make it hard for our adrenals to respond to stress properly, resulting in adrenal fatique (no longer producing enough regulatory hormones.)
Poor nutrition: leads to reduced vitamin and mineral levels circulating in the blood and thus prevents the adrenals from working properly.
Exercise helps regulate our hormones and keeps our adrenals healthy. This does not include excessive exercise which uses up even more adrenal fluid.
Reducing stress in yourself by mediating and laughing! Learn to forgive, let go, tune into a more postive mind state and learn that not all problems are actually problems. If you have adrenal fatique all of these things are difficult.
Adrenal fatigue often results in disrupted sleep. Take time to relax before bed, breathe deep, and turn down the lights to calm the adrenal's and help lower cortisol and adrenaline levels. Always go to bed before 11PM. Try to have a day job, so you don't work against a body's natural cycles.
Avoid fruit, chocolate, peanuts, excessive amounts of potassium, and bad foods while healing. SLEEP by 11PM is a must.
You do not loose Weight by dieting!

Dieting is calorie cutting and or exercising which results in fat loss. But it increases toxi density. This results in REBOUNDING via toxic overloading. Which trigger's the body's need to create fat to protect and clean it's self. Weight is regained and usually more.
Example the leading fast food chain offers French Fries which contain 17 ingredients. Of which the 1st and last ingredient are the only nutritious part. That means you are eating 15 poisons which your body is going to need super nutrition and oxygen to remove. ARE YOU EATING SUPER NUTRITION? Of course not, most people don't until they fall on their heads mediforically speaking or hear they may die. Then some start to think. Are your waking up yet? Where as; Cellular cleansing removes toxins from the body, creating lean muscle mass, and melts away excess bad fats. Maintaining nutritional balance keeps the body naturally lean while cleasnsing manages the toxicans.
As a general rule: toxic body toxic liver and weight troubles. Toxic kidney's fluid problems, including blood pressure.
General I will loose 1 to 1 1/2 a day while staying away from toxins after I have first cleansed my entire body of toxians in endrocrine system, circulation system, Fluid system, brain and waste removal system. While I supply necessary hormone balancers and herbal and super food nutritional support. I eat LIVE food, that is food which the cellular life/energy in them has not been lost or killed in some manner. This includes beef proving I cleanse it well prior to not cooking or not cooking much. I never could loose weight via exercise alone even at the rate of 6 days a week and 16 miles with a 20 pack on board.
I do confess, I use the FIR, E Power, Chi, and ERE machines to speed up the detoxification process, and when I am eating food which contain artifical ingredients, colors, or perservatives.
But at 50 years old I look sexier, slimmer, and feel better than ever.
What got me thinking about this whole process of How, Why, and what is the difference . . .
People in the Bible lived in many cases extremely long lives up to several hundred years. Why?
Less stress because they where dependant on yahweh, More oxygen in the environment, water was alive then - higher in oxygen and mineral, plants grow in soil with active microbe and organism life - they don't now because of chemical applications kill the microbes and organisms in the soil currently. and animal manure is high in microbes which is no longer applied to the soils. Microbes are the main suppliers of nutrition for plants. Lack of organic matter in soil because animal waste and plant matter are not worked back into the soil also depletes the nutritants and causes a moisture shortage or excess. Thus droughts are now devastating. They didn't use to be. Less tree canapies to supply shade, and block wind damage; and draw rain has also greatly weaken this whole system. Trees are the main oxygen produces. And they put moisture into the air, and necessary ingredient to make rain.
People worked in communty strong situations, they don't now.
Family life was based on a team effort, it is not now.
The village raised a child, now no one does.
Parents and children worked together, now it is unheard of.
People of bibical times ate nutritant rich foods vs modern processed, and fast, or convience foods; also known as dead foods.
It takes approximately 10 cans of canned food to equal one portion of live food. Minus the enzymes and ammino acids your not recieving in canned foods.
Processed convience foods are worse. Plus your loading up on perservatives, artifical colors, bad fats, bad sugars, bad salts, and CAUSING oxygen deficiency because it takes oxygen to clean out toxins!
{you weren't born wanting processed food. You were taught to want it. What you learned can be unlearned, after you detoxic those posions out of you. It affects you the same as illegal drugs only you won't feel the difference until you have cleansed out your organs.}
Alcoholism is MAINLY a oxygen deficiency CYCLE in the body. Causing nutritation deficiency and hormone imbalances. Creating a toxic OVER LOAD! Correct all these imbalances and you greatly correct the approxiamately 90% of the problem.
Then all you got to do is stop the cycle of pitty, and self damage. Replacing human relationships with chemical numers.

Where as the truth is if they clean up their lives, and stop being selfish while hiding in a bar or at home in front of a TV.
Be in the community in some other fashion they would attack good women, get married, and have lots of regular sex. As married people whom comparmise and share with each other tend to give each other more of what the other needs. thus creating a harmony and a good thing. In these relationship develops less conflict and there is a lot MORE SEX! Plus it is many times safer, rewarding, and less stress full.
Now if you do not wish to grow as a human, or to have zero relationship stress. MEN avoid women all togather. Self driven people HAVE STRESS and they give stress to the others in the relationship.

Being Happy doesn't mean
Everything is perfect.
It means you've decided to see beyond
THE IMPERFECTIONS.
The word happy comes from whorship of the God Hap.
Over time it become the word happy. Currently the culture says happiness it a right. Not so. Even the Constitution of the United States says we the the "right to pursue happiness", it does not guarantee happiness.
In relationships domaniated by the Happiness lie, there is a Feeling of LOVE. (Puppy love or let the good times roll) verses
TRUE LOVE, which is a decison, to do what is right, and good, to give, to share, to comparmise, to reach an understanding of the others view point. TO LOVE is to GIVE.
TO LUST, (seek happiness) IS to TAKE. IS self-centered. Greedy, Demanding, Fullfillment orientated. TO LUST or HAPPINESS seeking is SELF WHORSHIP.
To be fullfilled: We put our creator first. Family second, Community third, Job fourth, Care of home/assets fifth, then ourselves.
The more we can do freely for others the better we feel, are.
And if you don't FIT IN a CLICK, then you're probably doing the right thing.
